Sorry it's been a while since my last update. I'm currently in London, having just come off the back of an acoustic tour with Wheatus, who I've been working with for a little while now. It's been so much fun - I have met so many great people and had the best time touring around the UK with Brendan and Johanna. Thanks to everyone who came out to hear us and we'll see you again in 2009 with the whole band in tow.

I get back to NYC in a couple of days to begin working on some demos for my next album, so I hope to have some new music for you all very soon. In the meantime, please check the gig page for some upcoming shows I'll be playing around the city with The Dang-It-Bobby's, Things I Wonder and a very special opening set for the incredible Brad Mehldau. I am one lucky lady.

Welcome to the new website! A big thank you to Gemma Rowlands for her gorgeous design and to MB for putting it all together. I hope you like it!

I've been working on some projects of late with some incredibly talented folk...

I have also been writing a lot of new music - some for my new album (hopefully to be released by the end of the year), some collaborative efforts with Derek Nievergelt and Chris Parrello, some studio spots and some straight up arranging for disco band.

Also, my new band, featuring Chris Parrello (guitar), Rubin Kodheli (cello) and Dave Berger (drums) has been playing around town quite a bit, so keep an eye on the gigs page for when we're playing next - we would definitely love to see you there!
